My New Do!

In my last post, I mentioned that my sweet daughter took me to "Curls Gone Wild," a really cute, vintage cowgirl themed salon for a "fixer-upper!" She says that you are just gonna have to see it in person cause the picture just doesn't do it justice! Yippee . . . let me know when ya'll are gonna stop by! Got to make sure the house is clean, goodies are made, and the hair is done!

All this anticipation . . . .

Here I am, in all my 41 years of glory! I've been slapping anti-aging goop on my face, causing my abs and inner thighs to cry out in pain, and drinking a green Maranga nutritional drink . . .





I don't feel 41! I may, though, after Princess and I are finished shopping at the USTRC Championships this weekend!






Headed to a barrel race tonight, my mom is coming for a visit tomorrow, and then packing the bags and heading to Oklahoma City on Friday morning! If you think of my husband, please pray for him. He ropes on Friday around 6:00pm in the #10. If he makes the shoot-out he ropes again Saturday morning. Then he ropes in the #9 around 6:00pm on Saturday. The shoot-out for the #9 and the championship roping are on Sunday. He's on good horses and has really spent alot of time in the practice pen. And all glory is the Lord's win or not.
