I've Been MIA

I have literally felt like this . . .

For about five days.

But on Monday, I felt good enough to start a 5:30 am aerobics class! I said I had proof . . .

Here I am, all smiles, headed to my class at 5:00 in the morning. Winfield Rec Center is about a 20-25 min. drive. I turned on the radio, had some great praise and worship and went to work off the pounds!

I am really excited for this class and guess what?! Most of the ladies were my age and about my size! I certainly didn't want to walk into a room of buns and abs of steel!

When the class was over, I took my two biscuit butts and my abs of jello and went home thinking it wasn't too bad. Today . . . my abs are not sure what happened!

Sunday, Bo had a double header. I love Fall Ball. You can watch baseball without sweating, sunburning, swatting misquitos, and drinking a case of water all by yourself! It was a beautiful day in Kansas and my son played pretty good. Cleared the bases twice with a smash all the way to the fence and played good fundamental baseball.

Grandma and Grandpa came for the afternoon and had a good time with the kiddos. We went out to eat afterwards and here is the evidence that my crew is pretty goofy!

Showing off the guns . . .

Kash lovin' on Grandma . . .

Klay makin' sure we know he's with us . . .

Bo showin' Dad a little love . . .

Just tryin' to get a normal picture of this man is tough . . .

Grandma made a comment about how good the "mustachio" was looking so we had to get a good look . . .

Klay makin' sure Dad knows how tuff he is . . .

A sun and shadow picture of my mom . . .

Grandpa and Bo sluggin' down some refreshment . . . The K's call grandpa, "Grandmadaddy!" Isn't that just the cutest!

All of State Fair pictures are on my new SmartPhone. Since I am not as smart as my SmartPhone, I'll save those for when I graduate from SmartPhone college. But I have some really good pictures!

So many updates to give you. You remember the Ladies? Got some updates on them. Got some updates on Bailey and her barrel racing, got some updates on Broken Y Ranch Ministries. Lots of good stuff coming your way . . . as long as I can get time on the 'pooter. (As Bailey called it when she was a little thing).

Have a great Tuesday.

Blessings~

PS - Ranchwife - Quit living in denial. Desert does not count! You can not cook a main course without some kind of fire in it and you know it!

Been trying to comment and none are showing!?

Anyway cute pictures and I'm so glad that you don't have to have the kleenex stuck up your nose anymore! Ha!

Hey Countrygirl, I have comments moderation on and yesterday my computer was down. So all these great comments didn't get posted until today.

Ranchwife - I think I'll need to taste that chicken in person to be sure it doesn't have some kind of fire in it. Wait . . .I don't think your cowboy crew eats too much chicken!
