Where Did The Week Go?

Is it really Thursday?! I haven't posted about Mother's Day yet! So much to get caught up on!

When you have a baseball kid, holidays are non-existant! Unless . . . you play in the . . .


MOTHER'S DAY CLASSIC!

In this tournament, flowers are provided for all the player's Moms. How sweet is that! Guess what else I got at this tournament . . .



You Guessed It! Another HOME RUN BASEBALL! A two run homer! And look . . . a side smile showing off those dimples! He would rather you see his game face . . .



However, this is more of a blank stare!

The Wichita Storm ended up winning this tournament in style! Run-ruled a couple teams and the pitching just shut 'em down! Bo pitched in two games totalling six innings. That's more pitching then he's had in the last two years. He did a great job!

Came home, took a long nap and then on Monday, Bo went for a ride on Socks. Came back with flowers for me!! Some wild Iris'! I quickly put them in a vase and actually got a lip kiss! Bailey added some to the bunch and then the K's added more.



That rounded out my Mother's Day weekend. No diamonds, just good family time. And YES, more rain!

Working in the garden today before another round of storms hit the area.
