It's True . . .

We've suspected it for a little while, thought we saw the signs, knew it was a possiblity . . .

We have . . .

another . . .

MOUSE!!!

Great scott . . . I hate mice . . . they steal your food, poop in your cabinets, cause a ruckus!

We have one little brazen mouse! He even sneaked up on the counter and tried to steal a leftover piece of bacon. Bailey was sitting at the table, saw the thief, ran to get Bo . . . he came in to assess the situation and they screamed! Scaring the thief, who left the piece of bacon on the stovetop, after having dragged it a good six inches.

I'm quite grossed out - getting out the 409, bleach, explosives, whatever it will take to protect my family and rid my home of this invasion!!!

PETA has no room here - this mouse is GOING DOWN!!

You are hilarious!! Bring in some of those barn cats for an afternoon. Or give the Ks rubber band guns and send them hunting!

No doubt about it! Mice must go!
But the monsters that absolutely give me chills are snakes in my house. We had an influx of young bull snakes last fall. I researched and among other things learned that killing a non-poisonous snake in Kansas is illegal. Well, if they are in my house they are presumed poisonous.
I am praying they have given up on our nice tight modern house as a place to be. Praying... God, this is your creature but please, not in my house.

That bacon!! LOL!! That is hilarious!! Sorry, it's not that funny. I hope you get your mouse, it's some serious business.

I once walked into our spare bedroom and saw a mouse just chillen in the middle of the bed! Yes, just taking in the view I guess. So, I went and got a sticky trap and put it in the middle of the bed, and would you believe that that Cocky Mouse got stuck on that sticky trap. He wanted his comfy spot back!!

We had some mouse problems when we first moved into a house several years ago -- we got some of the live traps (they really do work) and released the mice outside...well, except the time my mom tried to lift the door and peek in to see if there really was a mouse inside, and it jumped out at her! She screamed! :D
