Airbags

In Luke 8: 26 - 39, Jesus cast out a legion of demons from a man who had been plagued with them for years. When He cast the demons into a herd of pigs and freed the man, the man wanted to follow Jesus but He simply said, in vs. 39, "Return home and tell how much God has done for you." How simple is that?!

Last night, I experienced a full blow to my jaw and chest from my airbag. Ricky was with me and fortuantely, his seat was far enough back that he was not hurt. As bad as I feel today, I could have lost my boy simply from the force of that bag. BUT, God is good and His love endures and I'm returning to tell you about it!!

I've been reading this scripture daily and it means even more to me today.

Psalm 121
I lift up my eyes to the hills - where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip - he who watches over you will not slumber,

indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord watches over you - the Lord is your shade at your right hand;

the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
The Lord will keep you from all harm - he will watch over your life;

the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
AMEN! Blessings! P.

The car is totalled . . .I was in a parking lot behind a building and pulled away and dropped my front tires into some kind of drainage culvert that I didn't see because of the snow. I do not remember it very well but it did significant damage to the underside of the car. Fortunately, I called my friends in Winfield, "The Brazle's" were there quickly and helped me. PTL

I'm sorry to hear about your accident but I am so glad you are alright!! Bet that was scary!! Are you all bruised up?

Yep! I have road rash from the tip of my chin down past my adams apple. My jaw has been swollen and feels like it hooks up to my ears and my adams apple is still pretty sore! I have bruising from the "fleshy" part of my chest up to about my collar bones. I'm that lovely green and yellow color now but fortunately look worse than I feel. Please Friends - scoot your seats back. I sit real close because I'm so short, but I can stretch my legs a little more now!
